Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years in water/wastewater or technical solution design.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted pre-sales advisor with technical solution design.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and distributors to present solutions.
- Participate in technical seminars, trade shows, and industry events.
- Respond to RFPs and customer inquiries with precision.
- Mentor internal teams to strengthen sales effectiveness.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to maintain partner-of-choice status.
