Job summary

Townsquare Media Group in Augusta, ME is seeking an experienced Account Executive to own a full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, in a fast-paced, local-market environment. You will build relationships with small and mid-sized businesses, craft data-driven marketing strategies across broadcast, digital, and sponsorships, and partner with internal teams to drive client ROI.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive and competitiveness.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
