• Serve as the primary executive point of contact and trusted advisor for the client.
• Drive account growth by farming relationships and managing renewals.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of the 3-year MSP contract and transitions.
• Matrix-manage cross-functional teams and ensure SLAs and KPIs are met.
