Job summary

Randstad is seeking an MSP Director, Client Delivery Services, to assume operational and financial responsibility for client engagements and partnerships. You will lead strategic initiatives, manage budgets and P&L, and drive service delivery excellence across assigned accounts.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, client relationship management, and performance optimization within a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 8–10+ years of equivalent work experience.
• 5–7+ years of related business and operational leadership within a complex organization.
• 3+ years of experience managing and directing professional team members in an MSP client service role.
• Experience managing a P&L, including forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Managing client engagements and partnerships with budget, forecast, and P&L responsibility.
• Overseeing account portfolios with up to $50 million in revenue and ensuring SLAs and customer satisfaction.
• Leading strategic engagement and presentations for business reviews.
• Coaching and mentoring Program Managers and account staff in a matrix environment.
• Ensuring contract schedules are updated and services billed within terms.
