Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or technology sales.
• BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience architecting or managing Professional Services.
• Ability to build business cases and negotiate complex deals.
• Knowledge of databases, cloud and AI enablement is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer application portfolios and identify opportunities to design delivery programs related to modernization, cloud adoption, AI enablement, and data platform transformation.
• Lead discovery, solutioning, estimation, and commercial negotiations to convert customer business initiatives into Professional Services bookings.
• Collaborate with cloud partners, strategic partners, and account teams to develop and execute customer success and Professional Services growth strategies.
• Maintain ownership of deals from inception to closure and manage regional PS pipeline and forecasts.
• Articulate business value of professional services and share best practices for service delivery.
