TeamLogic IT in Metro Atlanta is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager for MSP services. The role focuses on new client acquisition, lead generation, and managing the full sales cycle, from discovery to close.

Hybrid remote-friendly with in-person meetings in Metro Atlanta. The ideal candidate has 5+ years MSP sales experience, can translate technical capabilities into business value, and can meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years MSP sales experience (10 years preferred).
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Strong understanding of MSP offerings (help desk, cloud, cybersecurity, NOC/SOC, back-up).
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Familiar with PSA/CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth through prospecting, lead generation, and outbound outreach.
• Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and tailored solution presentations.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact to proposal to signed agreement.
• Collaborate with technical teams to scope services.
• Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and demos.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
