Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC in Rochester, NH seeks a Principal Planner to lead cross-functional supply chain planning, master scheduling, and inventory management at a 24/7 manufacturing facility. You will optimize MRP signals, align with customer commitments, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Ideal candidates have a decade in manufacturing, strong MRP and ERP experience (Oracle EBS/ASCP), and the ability to train others.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of experience in a global production/manufacturing environment.
Strong expertise in Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
Solid understanding of supply chain management concepts.
APICS certification would be a plus.
Proficiency with Oracle EBS/ASCP.
Ability to train others on manufacturing and Office apps.
Willingness to relocate to Rochester, NH with company assistance.
Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident.

Responsabilidades

Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines and align with customer commitments.
Drive accuracy of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
Partner with Operations and Production to resolve issues and keep manufacturing on track.
Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
Follow 5S standards and ISO procedures.
