Not disclosed company in Rochester, NH is seeking a Principal Planner to lead cross-functional supply chain efforts across master scheduling, inventory planning, and deployment of work orders with Operations and Manufacturing. This onsite role emphasizes maintaining contractual commitments and driving performance metrics.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in global production environments, with deep MRP expertise and strong ERP experience, preferably Oracle EBS/ASCP.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
10+ years in a global production/manufacturing environment.
Expertise in MRP with accurate planning signals and policy compliance.
Strong understanding of supply chain concepts.
APICS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines, aligning with customer expectations and contract terms.
Drive accuracy of MRP signals to support seamless production and inventory flow.
Partner with Operations and Production to resolve constraints and keep manufacturing on track.
Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
Identify end-of-life inventory and new product implementations for programs with supervision.
Leverage data from multiple systems to deliver analytics and insights to leadership.
Act as escalation point within Planning, guiding cross-functional solutions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and strengthen supply chain performance.
Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
Participate in and sustain 5S Standards; ensure safety and ISO procedures.
