Ashton North LLC seeks a Principal Planner to oversee end-to-end supply chain planning across a 24/7 manufacturing facility in Rochester, NH. You will drive MRP signals, align with Operations, and manage contractual commitments while supporting continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

The role requires 10+ years in global manufacturing, strong ERP/MRP experience, and the ability to lead and train teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Extensive experience in global manufacturing / production environments.
• Strong MRP and ERP knowledge, with Oracle ASCP familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines aligned with contracts.
• Drive accuracy of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
• Collaborate with Operations and Production to resolve constraints.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Identify end-of-life inventory and manage new product implementations.
• Leverage data to deliver analytics to leadership and train team on data access.
• Act as escalation point within Planning; drive cross-functional solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
• Support 5S Standards and safety and ISO procedures.
