Your Talent Team is assisting a Rochester, NH-based 250-year-old manufacturing leader in finding a Principal Planner for its growing supply chain. This on-site role partners with Operations to synchronize master scheduling, inventory planning, and execution while ensuring contractual commitments and timely deliveries.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in global manufacturing, deep MRP/ASCP/ERP experience (Oracle EBS preferred), and a track record of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in global manufacturing environments.
• Strong expertise in MRP and ERP systems (Oracle EBS/ASCP).
• APICS certification would be a plus.
• Solid understanding of supply chain concepts.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines aligned with customer commitments.
• Drive accuracy of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
• Collaborate with Operations/Production to resolve constraints and keep schedules on track.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Identify end-of-life inventory and liabilities for new product implementations.
• Leverage data from multiple systems to deliver analytics and insights to leadership.
• Escalate as needed to influence cross-functional solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
• Support 5S Standards and ISO procedures.
