Job summary

TH E COMPANY in Rochester, NH is seeking a Principal Planner to lead global supply chain planning at a 250-year-old brand leader. You will own master scheduling, inventory planning and production release, partnering with Operations and Manufacturing to meet customer commitments.

You’ll drive MRP signals, analyze data, and mentor the Planning team while guiding continuous improvement initiatives and on-time delivery. Relocation assistance is available and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate has 10+ years in global manufacturing with SCM focus.
• Strong knowledge of MRP signals and planning accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS/ASCP.

Responsibilities

• Own critical supply chain deadlines and ensure alignment with contracts.
• Drive MRP signal accuracy to support production and inventory flow.
• Collaborate with Operations to resolve constraints and maintain schedules.
• Monitor performance, mitigate delivery risks, and manage end-of-life inventory.
• Provide analytics and train team members on data access and use.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs and boost supply chain results.
• Train others on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
• Support 5S standards and ISO procedures.
• Follow all safety policies and quality procedures.
