Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a Principal Planner for our Rochester, NH manufacturing plant. The role drives supply chain strategy, master scheduling, and inventory planning while coordinating with Operations and Manufacturing to meet contractual deadlines.

This onsite position offers a strong bonus and a clear career path. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in global manufacturing, MRP expertise, and familiarity with Oracle EBS ASCP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a global manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in MRP signals and planning processes.
• Understanding of supply chain concepts and best practices.
• APICS certification would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines to meet customer commitments.
• Drive accuracy of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
• Partner with Operations and Production to resolve issues and keep manufacturing on track.
• Monitor schedules, track performance, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Identify end-of-life inventory and new product implementations for programs.
• Provide analytics and leadership-ready insights using Oracle ASCP data.
