Job summary

Calqulate Metrics Ltd seeks an experienced Principal Planner to lead cross-functional supply chain planning at our 24/7 Rochester, NH facility. You will manage master scheduling, inventory planning, and align contractual commitments with operations, driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing, strong MRP knowledge, and Oracle EBS/ASCP proficiency, with APICS certification a plus. Relocation assistance available for a strong local candidate.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
10+ years in a global production/manufacturing environment.
Expertise in MRP and planning signals compliance.
Strong understanding of supply chain concepts.
APICS certification would be a plus.
Proficiency with Oracle EBS including ASCP.
Ability to train others on planning tools and Office apps.
Must reside within commuting distance or be willing to relocate with assistance.

Responsibilities

Own and manage critical supply chain deadlines aligned with customer expectations.
Drive accuracy of MRP signals to support production and inventory flow.
Collaborate with Operations and Production to resolve issues and keep on track.
Monitor schedules, track performance, mitigate delivery risks.
Identify end-of-life inventory and new product implementations.
Provide analytics and training to Planning team.
Act as escalation point for Planning and drive cross-functional solutions.
Lead continuous improvement to cut costs and boost efficiency.
Provide guidance on Oracle ASCP to elevate planning capabilities.
