Job summary

HP seeks an Engagement Lead for Managed Print Services in the United States. You will lead complex pursuits from qualification through contract signature and handover, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and drive value for HP and the customer.

You will guide customer engagements, develop pricing models, and oversee commercial negotiations, while ensuring governance and successful deal closure across the global sales ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; business, finance, technology, engineering, marketing or related discipline.
• Experience leading complex commercial opportunities and customer negotiations.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in customer-facing situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MPS pursuit lifecycle from qualification to contract signature and handover.
• Develop win strategies for competitive pursuits, renewals, amendments, and RFPs.
• Drive governance activities and ensure pricing approvals and governance requirements are met.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and executive stakeholders.
• Deliver executive presentations and manage customer engagements throughout the sales cycle.
