Job summary

HP is seeking an Engagement Lead for Managed Print Services (MPS) within Global Services & Solutions. The role acts as the quarterback of the pursuit, coordinating Sales, Solution Architecture, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Customer Success to close complex MPS deals.

You will own opportunity governance, pricing discussions, and SOW/GSOW development, ensuring value delivery for both HP and the customer. This position requires strong executive engagement and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 5+ years in sales, pursuit management, bid management, or related services environments.
• Experience leading complex opportunities and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with large enterprise or public sector customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MPS pursuit lifecycle from qualification to contract signature and handover.
• Develop win strategies for competitive pursuits, renewals, amendments, and RFPs.
• Drive pursuit governance and compliance (OA/BA SOAR).
• Build pursuit plans, milestones, risk registers, and customer action plans.
