Job summary

HP seeks an experienced Pursuit Engagement Lead for Managed Print Services in the United States. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams from qualification to contract signature, serving as the quarterback of complex pursuits and delivering customer-focused solutions.

You will lead negotiations, develop pricing models, and ensure smooth handover to Delivery and Customer Success. Travel up to 25% and collaborate with Legal, Finance, and executives to maximize profitability and customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in sales, pursuit management, or related environments.
• Experience leading complex commercial opportunities and customer negotiations.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary teams in customer-facing situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MPS pursuit lifecycle from qualification through contract signature and handover.
• Develop and execute win strategies for competitive pursuits, renewals, amendments, and RFPs.
• Drive pursuit governance activities including OA SOAR and BA SOAR compliance.
• Lead customer engagement, workshops, negotiations, and executive briefings.
• Own opportunity financial governance and commercial strategy.
• Partner with Solution Architects to create innovative customer solutions.
• Lead contract negotiations with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive handover packages to Delivery and Customer Success teams.
