Job summary

HP is seeking a Pursuit Engagement Lead to drive complex Managed Print Services opportunities from qualification through contract signature. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams and manage customer engagement, negotiations, and governance to secure win outcomes.

You will collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Executive Leadership to deliver HP value and ensure a smooth handover to delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in sales, pursuit management, bid management or related services.
• Experience leading complex commercial opportunities and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MPS pursuit lifecycle from qualification to contract signature and handover.
• Develop win strategies for competitive pursuits, renewals, amendments, and RFPs.
• Governance activities including OA SOAR and BA SOAR compliance.
• Own opportunity financial governance and pricing models.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects to align scope and profitability.
• Contract negotiations with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare handover packages to Delivery and Customer Success.
• Drive HP pursuit best practices and tools adoption.
