Job summary

HP Inc. seeks an Engagement Lead for Managed Print Services (MPS) to drive complex pursuit opportunities from qualification to contract signature and handover.

You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage customer engagement, and lead commercial negotiations to deliver value for HP and clients. You will collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Customer Success to ensure profitable, well-governed deals and smooth handover to delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business-related field.
• 5+ years in sales, pursuit management, bid management, or managed services environments.
• Experience leading complex commercial opportunities and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MPS pursuit lifecycle from qualification through contract signature and handover.
• Develop and execute win strategies for pursuits, renewals, amendments, and RFPs.
• Drive pursuit governance including OA SOAR and BA SOAR compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain pursuit plans and risk registers.
• Lead customer engagement, negotiations, and executive reviews.
• Support development of SOWs and amendments with Solution Architects.
