Job summary

HP, a global technology company, seeks an Engagement Lead for Managed Print Services in the United States. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage customer engagements, and lead commercial negotiations to close complex MPS deals.

The role requires guiding the pursuit from qualification through signature, ensuring HP delivers customer value while maintaining profitability. You will interact with Sales, Solution Architecture, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and executives to drive successful

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
5+ years in sales, pursuit management, bid management, solution selling, or managed services environments.
Experience leading complex commercial opportunities and customer negotiations.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary, customer-facing teams; large enterprise/public sector preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end MPS pursuit lifecycle from qualification to contract signature and handover.
Develop and execute win strategies for competitive pursuits, renewals, amendments, and RFPs.
Drive pursuit governance activities including OA SOAR and BA SOAR compliance.
