Job summary

HP is seeking a Pursuit Engagement Lead in the United States. This role leads complex Managed Print Services pursuits, coordinates cross-functional teams, and drives commercial negotiations from qualification through signature and handover.

You will partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Executive Leadership to deliver customer-focused HP solutions and ensure profitable outcomes. Travel up to 25% may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• 5+ years in sales, pursuit management, or related professional services environments.
• Experience leading complex commercial opportunities and multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MPS pursuit lifecycle from qualification to contract signature and handover.
• Develop and execute win strategies for pursuits, renewals, and RFPs.
• Oversee pricing models, business cases, and commercial strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, Solution Architecture, Delivery, and Sales.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and compliant approvals prior to signature.
• Deliver executive-level briefings and drive successful handovers to Delivery and Customer Success.
