HP is seeking an experienced Pursuit Engagement Lead to steer complex MPS opportunities from qualification to contract signature and handover. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive negotiations, and ensure value-driven outcomes for HP and customers.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management across Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Customer Success to close strategic deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in sales, pursuit management, bid management, solution selling, managed services, outsourcing, or related environments.
• Experience leading complex commercial opportunities and customer negotiations.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in customer-facing situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MPS pursuit lifecycle from qualification through contract signature and handover.
• Develop win strategies for competitive pursuits, renewals, amendments, and RFPs.
• Oversee pricing models, business cases, and governance requirements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Sales, Delivery, and Risk functions to drive timely approvals.
• Ensure smooth handover to Delivery and Customer Success teams.
