Job summary

HP is seeking an experienced Pursuit Engagement Lead to drive complex Managed Print Services opportunities from qualification to contract signature and handover. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, manage customer engagements, and lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable outcomes.

In this role you will bridge Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery, Customer Success, and executives, delivering customer-focused solutions that create value for HP and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, pursuit management, bid management, or related professional services.
• Experience leading complex opportunities and negotiations.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams with enterprise clients.
• Experience with large enterprise or public sector customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MPS pursuit lifecycle from qualification to contract signature and handover.
• Develop and execute win strategies for competitive pursuits and RFPs.
• Own opportunity governance and pricing models in collaboration with Sales.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects to align solutions with client needs.
• Lead customer discovery, workshops, negotiations, and executive briefings.
