Job summary

HP's Managed Print Services (MPS) Pursuit team seeks a seasoned Engagement Lead to orchestrate complex opportunities from qualification to signature and handover. You will coordinate cross-functional groups, manage customer engagements, and drive negotiations to close favorable deals.

You will bridge Sales, Solution Architecture, Legal, Finance, Delivery, Customer Success and leadership to deliver value. The role requires 5+ years in sales or pursuit management and strong business case

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MPS pursuit lifecycle from qualification through contract signature and handover.
• Develop and execute win strategies for pursuits, renewals, amendments, and RFPs.
• Drive pursuit governance activities including OA SOAR and BA SOAR compliance.
• Build and maintain pursuit plans, milestones, risk registers, and customer action plans.
• Facilitate executive reviews and approval processes.
• Conduct win/loss analysis and continuous improvement activities.
• Serve as primary customer-facing pursuit lead during the sales cycle.
• Lead customer discovery, workshops, negotiations, and executive briefings.
• Build trusted relationships with procurement, sourcing, finance, operations, IT, and executives.
