Job summary

Lumen is seeking a senior monetization strategist to shape promotional offers and long-term monetization across cloud-based, AI-enabled, and digital product portfolios. You will operate at a strategic level, developing scalable monetization frameworks, guiding marketing motions, and influencing cross-functional strategy.

Qualifications

• Six plus years of pricing and monetization strategy experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms, SaaS, AI-enabled products, APIs, or digital ecosystems.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytics skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotional pricing strategy, rate design, marketing coordination, communication and governance.
• Develop scalable motions that can be tested and iterated.
• Align pricing architecture with customer value, usage, outcomes, product strategy, and growth.
• Identify new revenue opportunities to maximize network value.
• Build financial models and evaluate unit economics, margins, and market benchmarks.
• Use analytics and cohort modeling to measure initiative effectiveness.
• Partner with product, engineering, finance, sales, marketing, and go-to-market teams.
• Serve as SME on cloud and AI monetization, advising on tradeoffs and risks.
• Present executive-ready business cases linking pricing to value and growth.
