Defense Unicorns seeks a Mission Director for the Autonomous and Unmanned Systems Domain within the Federal Business Unit. The role focuses on customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term success, accelerating time-to-value for mission partners and expanding account scope.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior DoD leaders and warfighters, driving product development and adoption while maintaining high hero health and advocacy across the domain.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or advocacy roles.
• Strong relationship management and strategic account growth.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into product and feature priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum 90% revenue retention rate by addressing customer needs and ensuring engagement.
• Guide time-to-value and adoption efforts, aligning with customers’ operational goals.
• Advocate for customers, provide regular updates on progress and value delivered, and drive domain growth.
