• Customer Retention & Satisfaction: Build and maintain relationships with mission heroes to ensure satisfaction and alignment with their mission outcomes.
• Time-to-Value & Adoption: Guide prototype development and adoption towards operational capability goals; ensure onboarding and value realization.
• Hero Advocacy & Health: Serve as trusted advisor; maintain hero health score; provide updates on progress and features.
