Job summary

Defense Unicorns seeks a Mission Director for the Air Force domain within the Federal Business Unit to drive retention, adoption and account expansion. You will partner with mission heroes, deliver time-to-value and represent a trusted advisor across programs to ensure long-term success.

You will lead KPIs on retention, hero health, and quarterly business reviews, shaping product feedback and cross-team collaboration to strengthen relationships and contract value.

Responsibilities

• Customer retention: Build and maintain relationships with mission heroes to ensure satisfaction and alignment with mission outcomes.
• Time-to-Value: Ensure a positive onboarding experience and expedited value for new customers; promote product adoption.
• Advocacy & Health: Serve as a trusted advisor, maintain a high hero health score, provide updates on feedback and features.
• Account Expansion: Identify expansion opportunities within hero accounts and scope contracts for flexibility.
• Collaborative Product Development: Relay customer feedback to the Product team and advocate Air Force enhancements.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track KPIs, conduct QBRs, balance time-to-value with gross margins.
