• Customer Retention & Satisfaction: Build and maintain relationships with mission heroes to ensure satisfaction and alignment with mission outcomes.
• Time-to-Value & Adoption: Guide prototype development and adoption towards operational capability goals.
• Hero (Customer) Advocacy & Health: Serve as a trusted advisor, maintain a high hero health score, provide progress updates.
