Job summary

Defense Unicorns seeks a Mission Director for the Autonomous and Unmanned Systems Domain within the Federal Business Unit. This role focuses on customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term success, acting as a trusted advisor to senior DoW leaders and experienced warfighters to accelerate time-to-value.

You will lead account expansion, drive adoption, and coordinate product development to meet mission objectives while monitoring KPIs, retention, and hero health scores across USA-based

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex government/mission-critical accounts.
• Proven ability to drive retention and expansion in enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and consensus-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum 90% revenue retention rate by addressing customer needs and ensuring engagement.
• Guide prototype development and adoption to align with customer capability goals.
• Promote adoption of Defense Unicorns products to meet mission objectives.
• Provide regular updates to customers on feedback and new features/benefits.
• Identify expansion opportunities and scope contracts for flexibility and growth.
• Track KPIs such as retention, hero health scores, and time-to-value.
