HDR is seeking a Military Planning Project Manager in the United States (Jacksonville, FL area) to lead multi-facility planning efforts from pursuit to delivery. You will manage diverse teams, facilitate workshops, coordinate with DoD/DoW clients, and ensure schedule and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 7 years of related experience.
• A minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills; active participant in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of military planners, analysts, editors, GIS/CAD specialists and other disciplines.
• Supervise, coach, mentor, and train staff on project delivery and market trends.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and charrettes with stakeholders.
• Conduct in-briefs/out-briefs with leadership and client managers.
• Perform QA/QC to align deliverables with contracts and policies.
• Manage project finances, develop corrective actions, and review performance with leadership.
• Lead client communications, risk mitigation, and fee/budget negotiations.
• Support business development and pursue new contracts.
