Paychex is seeking a Mid-Market Sales professional to partner with growing businesses and help them scale their people operations. You’ll drive new logos, sell Paychex Flex and HR services, and build a robust pipeline through outbound activity.

In this consultative role, you’ll engage business owners and decision-makers, manage a fast-paced sales cycle, and own discovery through closing while advancing your career in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in B2B sales.
• 2 years in HCM industry.
• Cold calling experience.
• CRM software experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your assigned territory.
• Sell a robust suite of solutions, including Paychex Flex and advanced HR services.
• Execute outbound activity to build a pipeline (calls, outreach, partnerships, follow-ups).
• Lead consultative sales conversations with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Manage a high-velocity sales process with small and mid-size businesses (1-2 call closes).
• Own the full sales process—from discovery and solutioning to closing.
