Paychex is seeking a Mid-Market Sales professional to partner with growing businesses (20–99 employees) and help them scale their people operations using Paychex Flex and advanced HR services.

This consultative, relationship-driven role requires 2–5 years in B2B sales, HCM experience, and a strong outbound mindset. You’ll own the full sales cycle from discovery to close and enjoy a transparent, performance‑based compensation structure.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing.
• 2 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry.
• Cold calling experience.
• CRM software experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within territory.
