Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Mid-Market Sales professional to partner with growing businesses (20–99 employees) and drive new logos within an assigned territory. You will leverage a consultative approach to help organizations strengthen people operations and scale confidently.

In this role you will own the full sales process—from discovery through solutioning to closing—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in B2B sales/marketing.
• 2+ years HCM industry experience preferred.
• Cold calling experience.
• CRM software experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos in your territory.
• Sell Paychex Flex and HR services to growing businesses.
• Execute outbound activity to build a sales pipeline.
• Lead consultative conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Manage a high-velocity sales process with 1–2 call closes.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
