Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Mid-Market Sales professional to drive new business with growing companies and to help them strengthen people operations. You’ll sell Paychex Flex and advanced HR services through a consultative, relationship-driven approach.

In this role you’ll create and manage a high-velocity pipeline, lead conversations with decision-makers, and own the end-to-end sales process from discovery to close. Strong B2B sales and HCM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional sales experience, B2B preferred.
• 2+ years HCM experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate consultative, solution-based sales conversations.
• CRM software experience including Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos.
• Sell Paychex Flex® and advanced HR services.
• Execute outbound activity to build a pipeline.
• Lead consultative sales conversations with business owners.
• Manage a high velocity sales process with 1-2 call closes.
• Own the full sales process from discovery to closing.
