Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Mid-Market Sales professional to partner with growing businesses (20–99 employees) and help them scale their people operations with Paychex Flex® and HR services. This consultative, relationship-driven role focuses on building pipelines, winning new logos, and delivering trusted advisory support to business owners.

You'll drive outbound activity, manage a high-velocity sales cycle from discovery to close, and advance your career in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in B2B Sales/Marketing.
• 2 years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) industry.
• Cold Calling experience.
• CRM Software experience.
• Valid Driver's License - Required

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your assigned territory.
• Sell a robust suite of solutions, including Paychex Flex® and advanced HR services.
• Execute outbound activity to build a robust pipeline through calls, outreach, and networking.
• Lead consultative sales conversations with business owners and key decision-makers.
• Manage a high-velocity sales process with 1-2 call closes for SMBs.
• Own the full sales process—from discovery and solutioning to closing
