Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Security Sales Senior Manager to lead growth for Midmarket clients in the USA. You will originate, shape, and close cybersecurity deals, leveraging Accenture’s Midmarket offerings and working with global teams to deliver integrated security solutions across Defense, Cloud Security, IAM, and Risk & Compliance.

You will drive revenue growth, manage complex sales cycles, and engage executives to align security capabilities with business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity sales and origination or business development with a proven track record of closing multi-tower deals within the SME sector.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Cybersecurity solutions with knowledge of SOC, MDR, Identity Protection, Network Security, Zero Trust, cloud security and AI-driven security solutions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Exceptional communication, deal-shaping, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Mid-size companies.
• Ability to work effectively across USA and global teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Bonus points if you have CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close deals: Lead the full sales cycle for high-value, complex security solutions for Midmarket clients.
• Own and deliver Midmarket security sales targets and revenue growth.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles and contract negotiations.
• Executive-level engagement: Build trusted relationships with C-suite leaders to uncover security needs.
• Help develop strategic accounts and partner-led opportunities.
• Position security offerings against regulatory, resilience, and risk drivers.
• Collaborate globally with Market Unit and Global teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Market strategy: Develop go-to-market plans leveraging Accenture’s expertise and local insights.
• Thought leadership: Share insights on threats, regulatory trends, and AI-driven security solutions.
