Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Mid-Market Sales professional to drive new business with growing companies (20–99 employees). You’ll sell Paychex Flex and HR services, prospect actively, and lead consultative discussions with business owners.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional sales experience in a B2B environment.
• 2+ years HCM experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate consultative, solution-based sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by prospecting and winning new logos within your assigned territory.
• Sell a robust suite of solutions, including Paychex Flex and advanced HR services.
• Execute outbound activity to build a pipeline and lead consultative conversations.
• Own the full sales process—from discovery to closing.
