Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking an Account Manager for Microgrids & BESS in the United States. You will drive revenue growth by managing strategic accounts and leading complex, consultative sales cycles with developers, EPCs, utilities, and industrial customers.

You will own the pipeline, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and coordinate resources to close high-value opportunities while traveling as needed to support customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct, quota-carrying B2B sales experience in technical, industrial, or energy infrastructure environments.
• Direct sales experience with Microgrid and/or Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is required.
• Demonstrated success selling complex, engineered energy solutions.
• Proven experience developing and closing high-value, long-cycle opportunities.
• Experience selling to developers, EPCs, utilities, contractors, asset owners, or C&I customers.
• Strong ownership of a substantial sales pipeline and revenue target.
• Ability to travel as required to support customers and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within the microgrid and BESS market.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through direct customer engagement and business development.
• Identify, develop, and close net-new microgrid and energy storage opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across target customer organizations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, opportunity, and forecasting information within CRM.
