Delta Electronics Americas in Plano, TX, seeks a Microgrid Application Engineer to design, develop, and deploy microgrid and energy storage solutions for utilities, commercial, industrial, and data center customers.

You will bridge customers, sales, engineering and project teams, perform system sizing and equipment selection, and support FAT/SAT through commissioning while ensuring interconnection compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Power Engineering required.
• Experience with microgrids, energy storage, or DER.
• Ability to interpret diagrams and system drawings.
• Familiarity with EMS/SCADA and control platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and support microgrid, BESS, and DER solutions.
• Size systems and select equipment for energy storage and renewables.
• Collaborate with sales on technical proposals and RFIs/RFPs.
• Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, and field troubleshooting.
• Provide technical leadership across project teams.
