Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in utility-scale BESS, PV, and/or Microgrid projects.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing technical roles.
• Willing to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Develop detailed technical proposals for BESS, PV, and microgrid projects.
• Design MV equipment and ensure reliability through redundancy and standards.
• Create SLDs, layouts, and system configurations for utility-scale projects.
