Kloeckner Metals is seeking a Territory Manager to develop and maintain sales within a defined geographic region, service existing customers, and grow the business in line with company strategy. Reports to the Commercial Director in the region.

The role emphasizes coordinating with inside sales and production, using a CRM to maximize productivity, maintaining territory records, and delivering timely reports. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in the metals industry with product knowledge.
• Results-driven with high performance standards.
• Strong external and internal customer focus.
• Experience in sales, management, account management, or relevant field.
• Experience using a CRM to maximize productivity and sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong interpretation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Services existing accounts, calls on potential new accounts to generate orders.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
• Collaborates with inside sales and production to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
• Submits activity and territory analyses to management.
• Maintains professional knowledge and networks through workshops and publications.
• Maintains territory and customer sales records.
• Other duties as assigned.
