Kloeckner Metals - Americas is seeking a Territory Manager to grow sales across the DFW and North Texas region. This remote role supports the DFW and North Texas areas and will coordinate with the Commercial Director to align with company strategy.

The candidate should possess 1+ year in metals, strong CRM usage, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role offers comprehensive benefits and the chance to manage multiple accounts across a broad territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in metals industry.
• Results-driven with high-performance standards.
• Strong external and internal customer focus.
• Experience in sales, management, account management, or relevant experience.
• Experience using a CRM to maximize productivity and sales effectiveness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpretation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Services existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential new business
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management
• Works closely with inside sales and production teams to ensure customer needs are met and problems are adequately resolved in a timely and complete fashion
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
• Provide historical records by maintaining records on territory and customer sales
• Other related duties as assigned
