Job summary

Kloeckner Metals Corporation in Kapolei, HI, seeks a Territory Manager to grow and service accounts in a defined region. You will develop sales, manage existing customers, and expand the business aligned with company strategy.

You will coordinate with inside sales and production teams to ensure customer needs are met, report activity, and maintain technical knowledge through ongoing training and networking.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in the metals industry with some level of product knowledge.
• Results driven with high performance standards for themselves and others.
• Strong external and internal customer focus.
• Experience in sales, management, account management, or relevant fields.
• Experience using a CRM to maximize productivity and sales effectiveness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpretation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Services existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; recommending actions.
• Works with inside sales and production teams to meet customer needs and resolve issues.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and networking.
• Provide historical records by maintaining territory and customer sales data.
• Other related duties as assigned.
