Klöckner & Co SE in Tucson, AZ seeks a Territory Manager to develop and maintain metals sales within a defined geographic area and grow the company’s metals business in line with strategy. You will service existing accounts, call on potential new customers, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Strong CRM experience, communication and presentation skills are essential. This role reports to the Commercial Director in the region and includes comprehensive employee

Qualifications

• 1+ year in the metals industry with some level of product knowledge.
• Results driven individual with high performance standards.
• Strong external and internal customer focus.
• Previous work experience in sales, management, account management, or relevant experience.
• Experience using a CRM to maximize productivity and sales effectiveness.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpretation and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Services existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential new business.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.
• Works closely with inside sales and production teams to ensure customer needs are met and problems are adequately resolved in a timely and complete fashion.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Provide historical records by maintaining records on territory and customer sales.
• Other related duties as assigned.
