Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead Early Intervention strategies and manage strategic relationships with hospitals, clinics, GPOs, IDNs, and HCPs across multiple states.

You will negotiate contracts, drive pricing decisions, monitor gross profit, and collaborate with Marketing, Market Access & Pricing, and other teams to deliver value in Orthopaedics and MedTech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 6+ years in pharmaceutical sales or key account management.
• Deep understanding of US healthcare market, regulatory requirements, and contracting.
• Proven track record in negotiations and achieving objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts: hospitals, clinics, GPOs, IDNs, and HCPs.
• Develop and implement sales strategies with FSO and cross-functional teams.
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with key accounts.
• Monitor contract compliance and conduct regular business reviews.
• Provide market insights and support cross-functional collaboration for customer satisfaction.
