Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Orthopaedics Early Intervention is recruiting a Key Account Manager to drive the Early Intervention strategy across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions. Based in targeted states, you will manage relationships with hospitals, GPOs, and IDNs while aligning with Marketing and Pricing.

This role requires 6+ years in pharma sales or key account management, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and willingness to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 6 years of relevant pharmaceutical sales or Key Account Management experience.
• Solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare market and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts including hospitals, clinics, GPOs, IDNs, and HCPs.
• Develop and implement tailored sales strategies with the FSO.
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing agreements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Market Access & Pricing, and other departments.
• Monitor contract compliance and conduct routine business reviews.
