Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager focused on Orthopaedics Early Intervention in the U.S. Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

You will lead strategic account management with hospitals, clinics, and IDNs, shaping pricing, contracting, and revenue growth while collaborating with Marketing, Market Access & Pricing, and other partners to drive patient and system value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6 years in pharmaceutical sales or key account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, GPOs, IDNs and HCPs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Lead contract negotiations and pricing with key accounts.
• Monitor contract compliance and conduct business reviews with customers.
• Provide market insights and coordinate with Marketing and Pricing teams.
