Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Key Account Manager for Orthopaedics Early Intervention, focusing on defined geographies in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. The role emphasizes relationship management with hospitals, clinics, and IDNs, along with pricing and contracting responsibilities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize account performance, ensure compliance, and drive revenue growth while supporting patients through innovative orthopaedic solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 6 years in Pharmaceutical sales or Key Account Management.
• Experience negotiating contracts with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts including hospitals, clinics, GPOs, IDNs, and HCPs.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for key accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Lead/participate in contract negotiations and pricing with major customers.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Market Access & Pricing and other departments.
• Monitor account performance and ensure compliance with contracts.
