Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications seeks a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure timely, high-quality medical communications programs.

You will partner with Scientific Directors, Strategic Account leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive execution, manage budgets, and maintain operational excellence across multiple programs. This role also includes mentoring junior PMs and coordinating MLR reviews where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical-related service business.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, timelines and deliverables.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring or invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and communicate project workflows for client programs.
• Oversee medical, legal and regulatory (MLR) review processes and documentation.
• Provide visibility into timelines, milestones, resource needs and financial performance.
• Serve as primary client contact for status updates and financial communications.
• Coordinate vendor activities and support program logistics as needed.
• Mentor and guide junior project management professionals.
