Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to lead the delivery of medical communications programs for major pharmaceutical clients. You will partner with Scientific Directors, Strategic Account leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive project execution, maintain operational excellence, and ensure timely, high-quality work.

This role blends client partnership with process management, financial oversight, and team mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years in pharma-related project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects and timelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients.
• Experience with budgets, invoicing, or resource planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM tools.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project workflows to ensure client program execution.
• Coordinate medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes.
• Support financial tracking and invoicing activities.
• Serve as primary client contact for status updates and discussions.
• Provide guidance to Program Coordinators.
